Product Review: Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Big Bang

I got this Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Big Bang this summer to wear to Harry Styles' concert. I had a whole pink/unicorn theme going on (you can see the end result here). I originally bought it because it has a metallic/glittery sheen to it and I wanted some bling on my lips.

It actually ended up being not as glittery as I'd hoped, but that means it's super wearable for everyday (i.e., not just for dressing up as a unicorn!). It goes on super smooth and you can't feel it at all, but it is a bit more sheer than I'd hoped. For day wear, it's good as-is, but for night wear, you'd probably do best to layer it over another color to give your lips a pop of metallic pink. It stays on pretty well. Even after blotting and then smudging it with my finger, it's still hanging in there (a bit lighter, but the sparkle is still there). It's non-drying and feels a lot like a balm. It's got aloe vera, jojoba, avocado and babassu oils to nourish and soften lips, Illipe butter (derived from Malaysian illipe trees) for moisture that lasts, and vitamin C and E bring the antioxidants.

The lipstick alone seems to run about $17, but Urban Decay currently has a special where you can get the lipstick and lip pencil for only $15!
